Job Description

The Business Analyst will be one of the business owners of the production environments. This includes managing the second level support queue relating to assigned cases, as well as owning the resolution until its completion. Functions as the Subject Matter Expert for the application. This includes configuration for new customers, ongoing maintenance configuration, and second level support. The Business Analyst will own the ‘fixes’ or ‘enhancements’ created from cases until completion.

Responsibilities

Acts as Provade’s Second level support Owns Salesforce Incidents (i.e. case resolutions requirements) Required to perform configuration changes gathered from the partner/client (i.e. ongoing data maintenance, rate changes or data upload requests) Acts as Subject Matter Expert for the production environment Define, organize and communicate current and future process standards and guidelines as they relate to the product Reproduces issue using standard configuration requirements and documents resolution Research and Resolution: Collects and researches specific client issues for projects and/or production support efforts, identifies root cause or requirements, defines and communicates recommended solution Oversees and improves business process and system requirements Assists Product Team in providing in-depth product testing, operational process definition, documentation, and process recommendation Partners with and supports Product Management in solution design standards and recommendations as they relate to the technology and business Participates in internal projects surrounding product research new feature definition and deployment, data support maintenance and reporting Partners with other internal departments to ensure best practices, quality, and toolkits are shared across teams and leveraged in sales and deployments activities Maintains internal knowledge base of solutions and best practices Assists with testing activities following QA standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

Detail orientated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving skills SQL knowledge desired PeopleSoft Financials or sPro knowledge or industry experience Prior MSP or VMS experience desired Team Player Additional Details

Work location will be in Milwaukee, WI Travel: Occasional Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
