  On-Site Customer Representative

This position will serve as the on-site representative for the team managing the contingent workforce of our Fortune 500 customer.  A successful candidate will work in close cooperation (i.e., co-located) with our customer’s procurement department.

Responsibilities
  • Work on-site at Fortune 500 software company
  • Distribution of contingent labor requisitions to approved suppliers (through ERP software)
  • Validation of supplier candidate submissions, coordination of customer review of candidates, management of interview process
  • Work closely with our offsite customer service organization for client help desk issue management and program workflow management
  • On-boarding, off-boarding assignments
  • Level one customer support with requisition and assignment processes
Qualifications
  • 2+ years on-site account management for contingent labor or services consulting firm
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and internet application use
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior managers to execute projects.
  • Understanding of customer service reporting and metrics
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Must be creative and resourceful, highly motivated critical thinker
  • Team-oriented, strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic, hard working and highly productive…while having fun!
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer focus is paramount
Additional Details
  • Work location will be in Rocklin, CA
  • Start date in June (this is our target)
  • Some driving to Redwood Shores, CA will be required (between one and three times per month estimated)
  • Project initiation will require three-four weeks in San Mateo, at our office learning the software, process and account
