Edward Jackson – President and Chief Executive Officer
Edward Jackson brings over 15 years of executive management, technology and entrepreneurship experience to Provade.  Prior to founding Provade in 2004, Edward served as Director of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Product Strategy for PeopleSoft.  He joined the PeopleSoft SRM team when SkillsVillage, a company he co-founded, was acquired by PeopleSoft for $32 million in June 2001.   He served as CTO at SkillsVillage.  Edward also spent over four years in Baxter’s Financial Shared Services, supporting a $2 billion+ accounts receivable, $1 billion+ Corporate T&E and a $1 billion+ accounts payable processing operation.

Ross E. Peoples – President, Provade Asia-Pacific
Ross Peoples has over 20 years experience in supply chain and business solutions, consolidating the last five years in the financial service industry specializing in business services covering new technology applications, financial management, process reengineering, strategic sourcing, change management and collaborative e-business solutions.  As Executive General Manager Business Services for Commonwealth Bank and Director of Cyberlynx Procurement Services, Ross managed over 400 staff, annual budget/revenue of $120 million and Procurement spend of $1.5 billion per year.  Ross has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Sydney University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ian Sullivan – Chief Operating Officer
Ian Sullivan brings 18 years of global high-technology industry and management consulting experience to Provade. Prior to joining Provade, Ian was VP Product Marketing and Business Development for Perfect Commerce.  At Perfect Commerce he led a series of M&A transactions that helped the company double in revenues each year, negotiated channel agreements with Oracle and SAP, and built the sales, product marketing, and professional services organizations. Before joining Perfect Commerce, Ian was VP Operations for a mid-market procurement services provider where he developed their leveraged procurement business, managed strategic planning, and directed the business systems team. Ian was a co-founder in network storage startup Ridge Technologies that was sold 14 months after inception, and has held senior management positions at KPMG and A.T. Kearney.  He has served as an advisor to Silicon Valley startups on business strategy and organization design initiatives, and began his career at Sun Microsystems where he managed supply chain strategy and outsourcing initiatives in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Ian holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.

Brian Farro – Vice President of Sales
Brian Farro brings more than 20 years of experience in global sales, partner relations, and enterprise staffing from Oracle (ORCL), PeopleSoft, SkillsVillage, Intersoft, and other technology ventures to Provade. He oversees Provade's sales team, its collaboration with Oracle account representatives, and its partnerships with corporate staffing companies. Prior to joining Provade, Brian led the creation of Oracle's worldwide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) program. At PeopleSoft, he was the Director of Sales responsible for global distribution of a suite of financial services applications. And as the Vice President of Managed Services at SkillsVillage, a procure-to-pay platform for managing services spend, he led rapid, multi-million dollar sales growth that contributed to the company's successful acquisition by PeopleSoft in 2001.

Gretchen Burke – Vice President of Finance
Gretchen Burke brings more than 20 years of technology and financial management experience to Provade. Prior to joining Provade, she was the Vice President of Finance of Verisign, and held financial leadership positions at several technology ventures. Gretchen is a CPA and has expertise in shared service operations, business process analysis, system implementation, and internal controls.

Gary Saunders – Director of Operations, Provade Asia-Pacific
Gary Saunders is a supply chain specialist with over 20 years senior management experience within the areas of Procurement, Change Management, Supply Chain & Operations Management, and General Management. In recent years, Gary has consulted extensively for PwC, IBM, CapGemin, and Mosentric in procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, and sales and operations planning. During his consulting career, Gary has given specialist supply chain advice and project management leadership for many Australian and Asia Pacific organizations including Leighton Constructions, CBA, David Jones, Tenix Group, WA Governement, Rio Tinto, Rail Infrastructure Corporation, AMP, NRMA, Allianz, MLC-NAB, Dept. of Defence, Berli Jucker (Thailand), and Posco Steel (South Korea).

Brian Margerison – Director of Sales and Marketing, Provade Asia-Pacific
Brian Margerison has more than 25 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. He started his career in application development and implementation in South Africa, eventually joining a leading international software application organization as Country Manager. In 1999, he transferred to The Netherlands to head up application sales and marketing for continental Europe and Africa. In 2001, he joined PeopleSoft as Strategic Accounts Director and later as EMEA Sales Director for Supply Chain products. Following Oracle's acquisition of PeopleSoft in 2004, he served as Oracle ERP applications sales director for The Netherlands and Belgium.
