  The contingent labor lifecycle can be a complex process. From helping hiring managers create a complete job description to ensuring suppliers are responding in a timely manner and timesheets are filled in correctly, supporting it can be equally challenging – and resource-intensive. With our Process Oversight services, we can provide the necessary support resources to ensure your contingent workforce process runs smoothly.
  • Employee Helpdesk Support – Providing sufficient support resources can help reduce maverick buying by making the process easier for end users to understand and use. We provide a fully-staffed Level 1 Helpdesk to ensure hiring managers have the help they need to comply with corporate mandates.

  • Process Monitoring – We provide active monitoring of the Contingent Workforce process, including proactive PO management, compliance oversight (e.g., tenure management) and supplier SLA auditing.

  • Project Sourcing and Candidate Submittal – Receiving quality responses from suppliers can be challenging. We can ensure requisitions receive the attention from the right suppliers, measure supplier submittal rates and quality, and even coordinate candidate interviews.
