Tom Rumberg

Vice President, Technology

Tom leads Provade’s Technology group, overseeing Development and Information Technology.  For the past 14 years, Tom has been at the forefront of software innovation driving VMS and Business Intelligence. Tom joined Provade in 2005 and has been instrumental in Application Development, Product Design and SaaS Operations.  Before Provade, Tom developed analytics and reporting for Workforce Planning & Retention at PeopleSoft. In 2001, Tom helped translate and develop Skills Village's proprietary technology into PeopleSoft Service Procurement. Tom served as Principal Engineer for sPro and was recognized for his innovations in technology and software development.
